Responsibilities Human Resources Recruiting Intern
– $20.00/hour Memphis, TN Pactiv Evergreen has an exciting immediate opportunity and is looking for TEN Human Resources Interns to join the team for an outstanding opportunity to get hands on experience in the HR field this summer.
This opportunity will be based in our Memphis, Tennessee office.
The opportunity will be working with our sourcing and recruitment teams across North America.
Core Proficiencies and Skills Provide human resource administrative support to the assigned facility across the United States supporting recruitment and selection processes.
Conduct daily candidate sourcing using multiple platforms and recruitment strategies.
Represent Pactiv Evergreen as a Career choice for candidates.
Partner with local plant operations to fill open positions meeting targets and metrics assigned for that operation.
Assists with recruitment and interview process.
Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Prepares new-employee files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Pursing degree in Business, Human Resources or related field of study Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
