Brand Research Admin

We are looking for a Brand Research Admin to research brands and companies for business sales and company pitches.

The ideal candidate is an excellent and responsive communicator and stays abreast of business trends.

Responsibilities Locate and research brands and find contact information for business development Reaching out to brands via email and phone Updating the company database with all client communication and data Create pitch decks for clients when necessary Research and locate available online RFP’s Assist the VP of Business Development in administrative functions (setting up meetings, research, and taking notes in client meetings) Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Run errands/pick-ups for the company as needed Skills Excellent experience with Apple Computers Fast typing skills Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication Skills Ability to understand and navigate iPhone Apps.

Job Type Part-Time Compensation $15/hr
