We are fun, fast-paced and growing Web Developer: Overall the Web Developer is responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications.

As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary.

Websites should be visually appealing and feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Once a website has been created, a Web Developer will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.

Comprehension of basic SEO standards with the ability to implement them into a website during the various development stages.

Tasks/Responsibilities A Web Developer must have experience in the planning and the delivery of websites across multiple platforms, responsibilities include:
· Develop functional, fast, & responsive websites.

· Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of websites.

· Collaborate with the rest of the development team to design and launch new features.

· Ongoing maintenance of websites.

· Maintain code integrity and organization.

· Detect and fulfill front-end and back-end requirements.

· Troubleshoot for bugs, fix bugs if necessary, and improve usability.

· Perform training and support activities.

· CCC business platform user skills learned to support in-house platform
· Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

· Experienced with back-end programming languages.

· Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

· Collaborate with developers, designers, system administrators, and customers.

Tailor web solutions to their needs and requirements.

· Make sure that high-quality graphic standards are met.

· Write comprehensive manuals, guides, and documents when necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Knowledge of and proper experience with both front-end and back-end languages.

(HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, etc.)
· Proper experience with CMS framework.

· Ability to troubleshoot and debug browsers.

· Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs.

desktop) and optimizing output to match the specific platform.

· Familiarity with layout requirements.

· Understanding of basic SEO standards with the ability to implement them.

· Quality assurance skills.

· Knowledge of Adobe CC package, modern web development tools, and content management software (CMS).

· Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

· Time management and analytical skills.

· Ability to perform several tasks at the same time.

· Ability to translate requirements into a finished project.

· Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal development teams.

· Problem-solving ability.

· Ability to stay on top of new web trends and implement them.

Additional Notes Education 2-4-year Degree Preferred.

Experience Minimum of 1 years Pay DOE
