$210,000 – $225,000 + BONUS

This is a leading company that is focused on the booming creator economy, and is growing and scaling their platform. This VP of Engineering will be immersed in fast-paced and collaborative team to build out new monitoring tools and ingestion pipelines, and be a big influence the roadmap moving forward.
THE ROLE
As an Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to build out their monitoring tools that are comprehensive. You will have the opportunity to make leading decisions regarding the architecture and tooling processes moving forward.
Set the vision for the Data Engineering team
Lead and grow a team of world class data engineers
Design and build out tooling for accurate monitoring
Build out tooling and infrastructure
Build out ingestion pipelines
Bring understanding around APIs
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous work-experience with AWS products (Lambdas, S3)
Fluent in Python and SQL
Experience working with Redshift
Strong leadership skills- Empowering, motivating, able to delegate
Well-versed in stakeholder management
