Job Description

SQL Server Integration Services Application Development Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Los Angeles, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SQL Server Integration Services Application Development Associate Manager in Los Angeles, CA to communicate with developers and end-users to understand system requirements. S/he will perform the following duties: conduct regular status updates with distributed teams and report results/recommendations to management; communicate with team members to understand specific system requirements and document design specifications and other system-related information; design and develop solutions to applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns; organize communications, system development, support and the resolution of system issues across different development and support teams, which are often geographically separate; verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture; collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components; evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability; provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems; identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs; provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams and monitors system operation to detect potential problems; recommend continuous improvement efforts to improve delivery and efficiency, even for areas outside of the individual’s immediate area of responsibility. Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Development Associate Manager, Computer Specialist, Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related IT position including the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in Application Design, Application Lifecycle Management, Release Management, Software Quality Assurance, System Defect Management, and Technical Documentation; 5 years of  experience in integration work while performing software development lifecycle, analysis, requirements definition, technical design, database design, architecture design, and production support; 5 years of technical experience in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) technologies; and 1 year of industry experience in Health Care Payer Operations domain primarily on Medicare Advantage Plans, Claims and Enrollment, or Eligibility process.
