With a future focused mindset, the automation test lead provides technical leadership and strategic direction of the automation framework and test case automation within scrum teams.
Works collaboratively to define test strategies and implementation of software solutions to enhance the automated testing capabilities of a complex software solution.
Strong understanding of development best practices designs, documents and holds team accountable to implementation.
Coaches and mentors the Software Developer Engineer in Test SDETs resources.
Design, create and maintain a high value Quality Assurance automation framework and automated test case suite.
Proven ability to perform both tactically and strategically to meet company goals.
Work collaboratively with technical architect and development teams on software development practices that optimize automation Identify, solicit, and implement functionality and enhancements to the automation framework to ensure it meets the automation needs of the product scrum teams.
Measure automation effectiveness identify and implement optimizations.
Research new software development tools and concepts, make sound decisions on implementation considering overall value and return on investment.
Oversee and audit the development of automated test cases and other artifacts to ensure they meet agreed upon automation processes and best practices.
Maintain awareness of automation efforts within the scrum teams to mentor team members and help remove obstacles In collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager, devise and lead a plan for transitioning legacy projects from manual to automated testing.
Highly motivated, innovative, and capable of working and guiding the work of others with minimal supervision.
Quality Advocate throughout cultivates relationships within QA, across departments and business units while responsibly establishing, improving, monitoring, reporting, and updating quality standards and processes
– Minimum 7 years’ experience performing software testing or related functions
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in software automation testing
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in C# As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is$75,600
