Aon Is Looking For An International Broker W/SW Region LeaderAs part of the industry leading Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) US practice, you will help empower results for our clients and colleagues by delivering innovative and effective solutions, creating unmatched teams and ensuring operational excellence in the W/SW Region.

As the W/SW Region Leader AGCN US, you will report directly to the AGCN US National Practice Leader.Your Impact As the W/SW Region Leader AGCN USJob Responsibilities:Provides leadership, direction and support in the development and execution of AGCN strategies for growth, differentiation, talent development and operational excellence in the delivery of multinational services to clients (external and internal) within the local offices/region.

The W/SW region includes offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston and Denver.Being intimately aware of AGCN Operational protocols/processes/tools, AGCN Value Proposition, and multinational risk and insurance options to lead and participate in multinational account and operational strategy implementation for regionLead efforts to help ensure an overall multinational approach by colleagues, markets and clients in the design & execution of risk management programs across multiple lines of insurance and geographiesForging a strong working relationship with Producers, Account Executive Teams, Practice Leaders and Office Management to develop and execute AGCN/multinational strategy within the offices for Global /Outgoing multinational accountsAs appropriate may participate as a member of local office operations committeePromoting local sales process and opportunities for multinational clients and prospects including managing AGCN pipeline, ensuring inclusion in local sales campaignsManaging the growth and profitability of multinational clients including an understanding of the commercial issues, income and expense surrounding the multinational portfolioWorking to achieve growth and retention targets of the respective region Assisting in operational & sales opportunities providing consultation and direction as well as the impact on staffing, operations, technical and operational input to new business opportunities and strategy implementationProviding leadership, direction, and oversight of local AGCN operations in the region, connecting with other AGCN teams to support knowledge-sharing and the development of the practiceFamiliarity with the local office portfolio of multinational accounts, including ” Key” accounts for the firm and providing regular oversight on relationship statusBased on knowledge of local client deliverables and any additional requirements specific to the local client portfolio, regional leader will help ensure proper team staffing & training.

Work with local office and AGCN Management to ensure team / office can meet or exceed client expectationsServing as representative of the region to ensure collaborative & successful relationships with other Aon Network offices and practice groups and acting as a point of escalation for internal or external discussions regarding certain operational or client/market-facing items to help ensure collaborative & positive outcomes.Coordinating aggregation of key reporting for local offices including account metrics, pipeline, staffing, and other information as required by local office and/or AGCN ManagementDisseminating pertinent information to AGCN and local Account teams within area of responsibility including provision of updates on strategic and/or corporate initiativesServing as conduit of information flow from local AGCNs to AGCN Executive team and Operations Committee as necessary to ensure proper support and representation of interestsIdentifying and coordinating engagement of resources to support training, sales, product development, equitable account distribution and other local office needs.Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the region through Allyship.Building an engaging colleague experience for the team, including providing energy and attention to career development discussions with team members and career planning needs for the region as a whole.
