You Are: A Test Automation Engineer, with a future-focused mindset, who provides technical leadership and strategic direction.
You help transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity .
You evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
The Work: The Test Automation Engineer drives quality in our solutions and provides deep expertise in planning, constructing and executing test scripts.
They demonstrate the ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the box to determine the best way a test can be performed.
Applying both business and functional knowledge, they develop end-to-end testing strategies a through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
Aligning technology with business strategy and goals the Test Automation Engineer works directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.
They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.
They enhance Accenture’s marketplace reputation.

Here’s What You Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
(If Associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Test Automation including planning, script development, and maintenance Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development in an Agile environment Minimum of 3 years’ experience in two of the following: Java/J2EE, Groovy, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET Minimum of 3 years’ experience with continuous integration, including two of the following build/deploy/version control tools: Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo Git, Bitbucket, GitHub Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400
