Primary job responsibilities bullDevelop reports through business intelligence tooling, including, but not limited to, Tableau dashboards focused on answering key business questions bullIncorporate advanced Tableau functionality into dashboards including parameters to change dashboard layouts, level of detail calculations, sets, dual-axis charts, and dashboard actions bullPresent dashboards and ad hoc analyses to key stakeholders in order to increase adoption and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers bullEnable self-service reporting through development and training of our dashboards bullOwn the data quality assurance process through the adoption of proper data hygiene efforts, potentially leading to “services operations-certified” data delivery bullConsult with stakeholders to define standard reporting requirements, and work with Consulting Services, Services Operations, and IT to implement changes and enhancements bullWork with cross-functional teams and data owners to gather data as required to enable reporting and analysis needed by key stakeholders
