??This is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer, Customer Success to join Advisor360°’s Customer Success and Operations team. You will share our passion for superior client experience optimization and act as the liaison between our systems and our customers. This is a hands-on opportunity to demonstrate your ability to solve complex problems, provide support for our SaaS offering comprised of best-in-class technologies, and enhance our IT processes and systems.
A360 is a hybrid work environment. 2 days in-office (Weston, MA) and 3 days remote
Key responsibilities
- Execute deep troubleshooting and drive resolution of customer issues within scope of client SLAs
- Perform complex triage management, break/fix, and restoration of production service
- Collaborate with the various teams to ensure that problems are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Support existing and modern technologies within our full software stack
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Develop and utilize technical tools and scripted solutions to automate and enhance our daily processes
- Participate in on-call rotation with other members of the team
Requirements
- 5 + years’ experience in a Systems Operations, DevOps, or SRE role or demonstrated ability to learn through training, mentorship, and growth
- 5 + years’ hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration, Linux, DNS, MS SQL, WAN/LAN technologies or demonstrated ability to learn through training, mentorship, and growth
- Bash/PowerShell/Perl/Python or other scripting experience a plus, or demonstrated ability to learn through training, mentorship, and growth
- Hands-on experience with software development practices and management tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, etc.) or demonstrated ability to learn through training, mentorship, and growth
- Experience with monitoring tools to identify potential failures and support forensic investigation
- Experience with ITIL and/or similar IT best practice frameworks
- Experienced customer and technical communication skills
