Our Software Engineering team is on a quest to innovation join us and put your ideas to work. At Cepheid We share a real passion for winning and put the customer at the center of everything we do.*In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** Lead the team to successfully deliver project releases on time and the with desired quality.* Provide accurate project estimations, identify resources/competences, develop test plan, and deliver to the schedule. Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely.* Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination. Ensure awareness, involvement, and support from the key partners – maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle.* Drive and review overall Test Automation architecture and user interface. Contribute to technical solutions from design through to System Verification Level.* Review requirements, test functional scripts, and design control deliverables.* Implement System Level Verification testing, integration testing, deployment of CI/CD.* Mentor and coach team members on their technical development.*The essential requirements of the job include:*  * BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 9+ years of working experience in regulated industry.* Five (5) years of managing/developing or leading hard-working teams.* Must have completed several major projects with multiple release cycles and have working knowledge of software development lifecycle in FDA/ISO or other regulated field.* Understanding/knowledge in QSR, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO-13485 and security related regulations.* Experience in developing documents related to software for 510 (k) and PMA submissions.*It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:** Experience in Agile scrum software development methodology, and test framework and tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber.* Experience with applications such as complaint tracking, automated testing applications, web-based applications, requirements management systems are a plus.* Experience in working with AWS environment, security requirements for cloud deployed applications.Cepheid, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
