People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high
– performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Job Summary Provide direction, leadership, and support of key sales and pricing excellence programs within an organizational unit or process area.
Engage directly with sales leadership and teams to develop acumen and drive adoption of performance metrics, tools and processes.
Orchestrate S&PP team member activities across all Service Areas to help the organization execute its strategy and achieve its performance targets Key Responsibilities: Match business needs to S&PP services Identify and drive sales performance improvements (e.g.
win rate, profitability, origination, portfolio optimization, salesforce education, business predictability) by coordinating the efforts of S&PP team members with different roles and specializations Demonstrate deep understanding of the S&PP Service Catalog and service model Responsible for the S&PP team supporting a Client Group, Market Unit Service, or other organization of similar size/complexity Interact confidently and build credible relationships with senior leadership by executing firsthand initiatives on origination, qualification, winnability, profitability and education Contribute to S&PP practice consolidation and development by actively participating in Market and Global initiatives Establish, nurture and manage a team in multiple locations, in-person and/or virtually Create and execute medium to high complexity workplans in conjunction with multiple corporate functions and stakeholders Demonstrate strong understanding of how S&PP Business Partners and the entire S&PP Corporate Function fit into the bigger Accenture picture Work Requirements Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines May be required to travel occasionally Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree English language fluency (oral and written) A minimum of 10 years of experience, with proven track record in advising leadership and managing teams Preferred Qualifications: Sales Life Cycle – ADVANCED Stakeholder Management – EXPERT Program/Action Development – EXPERT Sales Excellence Programs

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $115,000 – 188,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
