Job Description
PEAK is looking for a Senior QAE, you will collaborate very closely with other QA and Devs on the team to ensure high-quality for our web application and content delivery platform.
You will be responsible for driving the overall testing strategy and helping to coordinate test planning of critical applications used by our game developing partners.
You will be actively engaged with the team in identifying defects of new features and helping to identify their root cause while bringing them to resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software testing principles, strong experience in testing enterprise-level web applications, and passionate about delivering high-quality software applications.
Responsibilities
Drive initiative to scale testing strategy and technology across multiple teams Implement process changes to establish new standards and best practices for QA staff Promotes a cohesive engineering culture focused on striving for improving quality and increasing overall team efficiency Functional testing of our content delivery application and platform Monitor and gather key metrics to measure application quality and performance Mentors other team members
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience working as a Quality Assurance engineer Extensive experience in debugging enterprise web applications Charismatic personality who can easily gather support of peers Good understanding of modern software engineering including web technologies, continuous integration, cloud computing, and automation scripting Aggressive about learning new software testing methodology and technologies Nice to have
– Experience in programming Java and developing automation using Selenium
