We are a large, stable but growing company looking for a sharp Software Engineering Manager to join our team and hit the ground running! In this role, you’ll manage and mentoring around 10 direct reports and focus on web application development using the Microsoft Stack.

Job Details
- Mentoring and managing the performance of approximately 10 direct reports as well as growing the team
- Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with BA, QA and development teams
- Contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements
- Most importantly, ensuring our fun and open culture is preserved
MUST HAVE, experience with
- Software engineering background with a strong working knowledge of web development using the Microsoft Stack
- Proven experience leading a team
FOR REMOTE, MUST HAVE
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection
- Access to a home router and modem
- Home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.)
- Legal residency in one the following states (AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI or WY)
