– 4 years coding experience in a modern systems programming language such as C++, Python, or Java An understanding of real-time performance and an ability to optimize software in large systems A firm grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and other Computer Science fundamentals A sense of urgency, with demonstrated ability to deliver technical projects on time Maturity as a technical leader; experience architecting solutions and mentoring other engineers What Makes You Great
