6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience and working in team of developer(s)
Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Service Catalog items, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management (CMDB), Reporting / Performance Analytics Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, Develop Custom Scoped Apps. ServiceNow HR a big plus.
