Position: ServiceNow Developer/Hybrid

Salary: 125k to $145k Plus per year
This position is a direct hire role and all candidates must be able to work a W2 employment without sponsorship. All candidate must relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. You must be technically adept yet client focused in order to skillfully craft appropriate solutions. You will create and modify features within the ServiceNow suite, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, contribute in ServiceNow training efforts, and create site content, while accomplishing these and other critical functions:
Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members
Performing intermediate to advanced level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform
Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog/Service Request items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge
Creating and or maintaining components such as Server-side scripts, ACLS, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, AJAX, and using languages such as Javascript, Angular, and Python
Developing client-focused solutions in the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal
Supporting integrations using APIs, web Services, MID, Server, Integrations Hub, and other third-party tools
Maintaining and developing code with management tools such as Visual Studio Code and GitHub
Performing system administration tasks such as log monitoring, email management, and scheduled system maintenance
Developing and managing Dashboards, complex reports, and Performance Analytics reports
Completing projects on various issues when needed
Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. The successful Developer must have the ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectively. The ideal Developer must display the ability to learn new applications and concepts quickly in order to test and support ServiceNow. The Developer should possess the ability to think logically and analytically in order to diagnose problems and bring about rapid resolutions.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of four (4) years of technology support experience is required. A minimum of four (4) years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform is required. Large Corporation or law firm experience is desired. A ServiceNow Administration certification is required (certification must be current). ITIL Foundation Certification it’s equivalent is desired. Other ServiceNow certifications, along with other ITIL certifications are desired. This position may require the individual to work nights and/or weekends.
