If youre passionate about building platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses and accountants, we would love to have you join our team as a Senior Product Manager for the Intuit Data Exchange team. As a product manager on the team, you will be building developer experiences for the platform that enables industry leading Intuit products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mint deliver awesome customer experiences by acquiring, managing and sharing users financial data. We are looking for candidates who have strong product management experience in both platform and developer experience, with deep technical understanding, developer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
What you’ll bring
- 5 or more years of experience as a product manager in a significant business, product or platform with responsibility for a set of product experiences
- Demonstrated success in creating innovative developer or platform products including building APIs
- Proven track record of setting product vision and translating it into a product roadmap and end-to-end execution.
- Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development and data integration i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions – with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business result
- Demonstrated proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables cross multiple teams
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner
- Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products
- Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities – passion for the customer
- Excellent collaboration skills – leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations
- Good communication skills – in small teams and larger group presentation formats
- Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, math, science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); advanced degree a plus
How you will lead
- Own product plans for Onboarding, APIs, Developer Productivity tools and documentation for the Intuit Data Exchange Platform.
- Drive the coordination and clear communication of a multi-product roadmap, working across multiple groups.
- Responsible for the launch of capabilities along with associated tools and readiness plans.
- Establish mechanisms to gain deep understanding of developer needs, interacting with developers and prioritizing their feedback in the roadmap.
- Work with cross functional teams on executional elements
