We are looking for a high-performing Senior Product Manager who is able to own one or more of Conversica’s product areas.
The person in this role should be an experienced product manager with basic business competencies, objective prioritization skills, proficiency in research and analysis, and knowledge of software development principles.
Given what Conversica does, it’s also important to understand the B2B marketing-sales funnel.
Responsibilities Act as a business owner, defining a product roadmap and strategy for your product areas, while incorporating input from key stakeholders, customers, and other qualitative or quantitative research Align the vision for your product areas with our overall business strategy and objectives Communicate and collaborate well with key stakeholders and across different areas of the business, and provide clear product stories and successful use cases to our customers Analyze internal and external data from A/B tests and other sources in support of recommendations for how to improve your product areas, streamline operations and user experiences, and deliver new features or capabilities that solve problems for our customers Act as the product owner for one or more product areas as part of our Agile development process, including collaboration with one or more development teams, defining user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, providing wireframes or mockups, and guiding prioritization Qualifications Five or more years’ experience as a product manager, preferably with a background in B2B and/or SaaS Experience with Agile development and SDLC, including knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Aha Demonstrated track record of using data and critical thinking to inform decision making Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements or problems into exceptional product features, user experiences, and solutions Professional demeanor, able to successfully manage multiple situations and competing priorities Strong interpersonal and group communication skills, both verbal and written Collaborative disposition, capable of working cross functionally and building strong relationships Self-motivation, proactivity, and flexibility BA/BS degree, preferably with a focus on business, communications, marketing, economics, computer science, statistics, or design (MBA and/or relevant certifications are a plus)
