Key Qualifications 5 years of experience in network troubleshooting Familiar with Python and/or Golang Extraordinary interpersonal communications and customer-service skills Experience evaluating and leading outages to business-critical infrastructure Ability to maintain composure and customer-service focus in stressful and ambiguous situations Ability to coordinate and solve with internal and external partner teams Solid understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 Understanding of load-balancing technologies such as NGINX Proficiency with Linux or other versions of UNIX Knowledge of configuration management and automation technologies such as Ansible, Salt, Chef and Python, Go, etc Experience working in large scale environments and with ITIL incident and problem management by Jobble
