Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Decisions
- 8+ years of overall software development experience, including PEGA or any other BPM tools
- Designing and developing Business Rules Engine (BRE) and Business Process Management (BPM) applications using Decisions
- Proficient in Decisions Implementation cycle; Implementation cycle included PRPC tool, development, testing, and deployment
- Expertise in use of Connectors and Services in Decisions to integrate with external systems
- Proficient in creating Application Rules, Access Groups, Operators, Rule Sets, Rule Set Versions, Workbaskets and working in a highly dynamic team
- Sound skills in developing Decisions architecture, Workflows and Business Process Management, forms and data structures
- SQL and relational-database experience
- HTML experience
- Experience working in the cloud environment (AWS) and integrates with AWS services and components as part of product integration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BPM techniques
- Experience with JavaScript
- DECISIONS Certification and/or equivalent training/experienced
- LSA (Lead System Architect)
- JSON and XML experience is a plus
- Experience with production support, application monitoring, and issue resolution
- Experience working with in an Agile development environment
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Experience performing design and code reviews
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of junior developers (2-3)
- Possession of excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Provides leadership and influence to team and product stakeholders to innovate and evolve architecture
- Able to work on a cross functional team environment and collaborates with other teams and identify dependencies and clear communication on expectation
