Job Title: Senior Data ScientistDuration: 17 Months (Possible extension/conversion)Location : Remote (Must be Within California)Pay : Open To Negotiate (Only on W2, No C2C)Industry : HealthcareQualifications :• Master’s degree (or bachelor’s degree + relevant years of experience) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science• 5+ years of experience developing quantitative models or algorithms, building process flow simulation models using AnyLogic, Java or any other simulation software’s• Expertise in Discrete Event Simulation, material flow optimization, and Emulation• Knowledge of object-oriented programming paradigm and familiarity with one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., .Net, C++, C#, Java)Responsibilities :• Simulation Consultant to perform advanced analytics and AI/ML in the health care sector• This role requires extensive experience with “what-if” scenario modelling and prescriptive analytics• This role includes designing and developing simulations for scenarios such as hospital bed demand over-capacity, staffing and supply shortages, and other potential scenarios outside of normal operations• Design and development of simulations that best represent empirical observations will also require knowledge of healthcare operations and contextual intelligence in the field• Recommend best practices and solution approaches for simulation design and development• Analysis to determine correlations and interactions between multiple variables• Clearly articulating methods, formulas, and assumptions built-in to simulations• Explain complex concepts to others who may not be experts in data science• Apply and advise on best-in-class decision analytics• Designing and performing A/B testing to isolate causation variablesSakshi LakhwaniRecruiterC: 6505-519-115sakshil@aditiconsulting.com
