Reporting to the Research Department Manager, you will communicate your results in reports and other publications, while following and contributing to scientific discussions in your area.Your responsibilitiesWorking with business partners to identify short-term and long-term data analytics needs, data sources, and human knowledge in the relevant emobility technical fieldsPrepare proposal, justify, and lead data analytics projects to meet the identified needsFollowing established internal processes, work closely with business receivers and domain experts to execute the project, ensure benefits from projects are deliveredWalk the talk in leading project: identify execution challenges (e.g., data gathering, processing, testing) and find way to resolve them in a hands-on mannerFollow best practices in data analytics, such as machine learning (ML), statistical modeling, and artificial intelligence (AI), and innovate as necessaryPresent results to receivers and other stakeholdersMeasure and improve results based on stakeholder feedbackTravel domestically and internationally, if requiredDevelop and protect intellectual properties for the ABB Electrification emobility (ELEM) businessesPresent in technical conferences, trade shows, and other platform to help promote the ABB e-mobility product/solution brandPerform additional duties, as requiredYour backgroundBS of Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with minimum 3 years working experience.Have experiences in the following technologies.Statistical analysis: Identify patterns in data.

This includes having a keen sense of pattern detection and anomaly detection.Machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI): Implement algorithms and statistical models to enable a computer to automatically learn from data.Computer science: Apply the principles of artificial intelligence, database systems, human/computer interaction, numerical analysis, and software engineering.Programming: Write computer programs and analyze large datasets to uncover answers to complex problems.
