Operations Strategy is the nucleus of Customer Success Operations, acting as the connective tissue between our highest level business goals and the improvement plans to achieve them.

As a senior analyst, you will be the guru and the single source of truth for the operational insights that you own, and be a trusted partner to business leaders, providing the input they need for their most important decisions.

What you’ll bring Are a proven leader in driving your own workstreams with minimal oversight, and pulling in the right people to help solve a problem Love data, analytics, and statistical methods to convey your message Are obsessed with getting waste out of processes, and making operations hum as effectively as possible Have knowledge of data analysis tools such as Altryx, Tableau, SQL an advantage.

Are open to some travel (10%-15% time) Before joining Intuit you might have: Earned a quantitative bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, Engineering, Science), and formal training in data analytics and/or data science or equivalent work experience 5 years experience, with a heavy emphasis in Operations analytics.

Bonus points if you’ve done this in a Customer Success and/or Service Operations context.

Experience in Management Consulting from a top firm; Additional corporate experience in BizOps, Operations Strategy, or business planning, desired.

Proven experience as a cross-functional leader, preferably in a tech environment, and have managed small teams of folks with strong analytical skill sets How you will lead Find the “so what” in our data: You’ll know exactly what KPIs matter the most to our business, what data signals are tied to those KPIs, and how they all fit together in a holistic picture of how our business is running.

Take a vague business question, break it down into the evidence needed to answer it, crush the analysis, and work cross-functionally to come with hypothesis to drive needed change.

Synthesize your answer into an actionable recommendation, tied directly to the critical business outcomes you’re addressing.

This role has no routine and this team is our control tower in Customer Success.

We cover the entire Intuit product portfolio, and you will be a cross-business and cross-functional thinker from day one.
