What you’ll be doing: Play a critical role in the development, testing and automation of Kabbage’s Data Integrations, Model pipelines, and Small Business Insights Lead, mentor and learn with other developers in all aspects of planning, development and testing Be a catalyst for driving best-in-class technology practices and patterns while staying engaged with the latest technology trends Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate user stories and requirements into test cases Work collaboratively in a cross functional team to deliver software Qualifications What we’re looking for in you: Proactivity:Resourceful, has grit, and a positive can do attitude; acts without being told what to do Flexibility/adaptability:Is cool with rapidly changing priorities and projects Follow-through:Follows-through on items without being managed Calm under pressure:Ability to navigate and lead the team through high-priority last minute requests and other high stress situations; Works well under high-pressure timelines Analytical skills:Likes learning and learnsquickly Communication:Ability to speak clearly and with intent Qualifications: Experience in building automation suites providing both functional and non-functional test coverage of APIs Strong experience working in any of the followingbackendlanguages: C#, Java, Scala Knowledge of frameworks and tools in the respective language enabling effective and efficient development Exposure to the cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP Three or more years of relevant industry experience We back our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, professionally and personally.
