Salesforce Technical Team Lead

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Team Lead to join our team to support our government clients. The Salesforce Technical Team Lead demonstrates success in understanding business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Technical Team Lead supporting Salesforce Projects, you will:

  • Lead an Agile team, provide technical guidance to team members, and guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  • Support the development team in building cohesive, streamlined and quality solutions in an Agile environment
  • Mentor tam members and identify areas for growth and improvement within the team.
  • .Identify and recommend technical options to senior leaders for Salesforce based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
  • Support the team in analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of users’ requirements, development of user stories, story point estimates, and work plans.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders on feature requirements, design, limitations, and implementations based on guidelines, standards and controls.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop, contribute to and align with the latest Salesforce architecture best practices in relation to client products and Salesforce configuration.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce end users, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Direct experience with Salesforce products and platform and experience implementing end to end Salesforce CRM solutions, Communities, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc, in a single and multi-org environment.
  • Minimum two (2) Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I required)
  • Experience developing/maintaining/enhancing custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Custom Apex, Platform Events, APIs CTI Integrations, Mulesoft integrations, etc.
  • Experience in recommending and adhering to best practices for Salesforce configuration and custom development with a minimum of (4) years experience developing/maintaining/enhancing custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Custom Apex and APIs on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience in managing and conducting design/code reviews.
  • Experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org (single and multi-org structures) with 1,000+ users.
  • Knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform
  • Experience in working in team-based delivery environment with agile/scrum methodology.
  • Experience providing coaching, technical mentoring, guidance, clarification, and feedback to team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer 2, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform App Builder.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership position in an Agile environment.
