As a member of the MT&T practice, you will be part of a collaborative team of passionate marketing technology experts, who are working at the forefront of innovation in this space.As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Manager, you will bring considerable technical and product expertise to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions to clients.
You will be part of a dynamic leadership team that will be responsible for driving SFMC technical solutions at client sites.Your responsibilities will include:+ Leading engagement planning and budgeting+ Mobilizing and managing engagement teams, and establishing the project structure and governance+ Defining requirements and driving the completion of deliverables+ Understanding client business and technical requirements+ Facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client+ Managing internal, client and partner stakeholders, including C-level executives+ Managing engagement economics, risk and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors+ Leading business development initiatives including selling to C-level executives and+ Directing on-time, quality delivery of workThe teamAdvertising, Marketing & CommerceOur Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth.

Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.We serve our clients through the following types of work:+ Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video+ eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations+ Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions+ Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions+ Marketing analytics implementation and operations+ Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution+ Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution+ Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate resultsQualificationsRequired :+ Four-Year Bachelor’s Degree+ 7+ years of relevant technology consulting or industry experience+ Completion of SFMC Email Specialist Certification+ Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms (i.e.
Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)+ Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services and data modeling+ Travel up to 50% (due to COVID-19, all non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)+ Ability to begin work within 4-6 weeks from the time an offer, if made, is acceptedPreferred :+ Other Salesforce or SFMC certifications preferred, but not required+ Understanding or exposure to SFMC components (i.e.
Audience Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)+ Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e.
Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.)+ Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferred but not required+ Experience in leading SFMC implementations+ Experience leading large teams (on
