The Salesforce Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) Configurator/Business Analyst. Tableau CRM will support Salesforce configuration and business analysis as well.
Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) Configurator and Business Analyst is a multifaceted role working collaborating with other teams across the business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in Salesforce and Einstein Analytics Configuration, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities in serving our clients.
As a Salesforce Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) Configurator and Business Analyst you will:
- Define analytics requirements through product owner engagement.
- Designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of Einstein Analytics Applications, Dashboards, Lens, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level security.
- Support user training and adoption of Einstein Analytics.
- Assist with ongoing system administration including but not limited to: creating and modifying Users, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Automated Alerts, Field Updates, Page Layouts, Data Integrity standards and practices and Security functionality
- Work in an agile team environment
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience with Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Salesforce products
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
- Hands on experience with SAQL, Bindings, JSON, Data Manager, Data Prep, Data Flow, and XMD configuration
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong curiosity and ability to quickly improve efficiency and effectiveness in new tasks
- Ability to multi-task and stay flexible in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Government Security Clearance
