– then we”d like to hear from you.n n Responsibilitiesn Oversee and maintain our Salesforce / Nonprofit implementation.
Drive improvements through execution on our data project plan.
Collaborate with all team members to ensure successful use of donor data systems.
Manage and monitor data flow for donations and donors, with commitment to full and timely accountability and accuracy.
Proactively identify new opportunities to support additional business processes or functions.
Create and maintain reporting that meets management requirements and efficiently conveys key performance indicators in multiple areas of the company.
Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications.
Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards and documentation for users, processes, and workflows.n n Qualificationsn BA/BS in Information Systems or a related technical field.
2 years relevant experience.
Salesforce Admin certification (preferred not required).
Experience in CRM or other data systems.
Experience in non-profit, donation or other sales driven operations preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong ability to communicate with all users in the company, and at all technical levels.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
