We are looking for a Space Systems Engineer who wants to experience of all elements of the space mission design process including initial concept development, system-level trades, requirements definition, spacecraft design, mission geometry, orbit selection, mission timeline, performance assessment, mission utility, and mission level cost optimization.
The job responsibilities may include constellation and sensor MBSE.
Knowledge of Space, Ground, Programmatics, and Launch segment inter-relationships to support the optimization of a mission baseline is desired.
Potential responsibilities might include supporting the design and assessment of elements like ground segment, user segment, and mission operations.

Security Clearance & Other Requirements: An active Secret US Security Clearance Required Skills: Familiarity and demonstrated interest in system engineering processes, including requirements definition, design, test planning, test implementation, data analysis, and operations support Familiarity with tools such as STK, MATLAB, C++, or Python.
Desired Skills: Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (Please upload an unofficial transcript when applying) Active Secret Security clearance Familiarity with Requirement Management tools such as IBM Rational DOORs or others Demonstrated problem solving, organization, coordination, and planning skills Team oriented team member with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Required Education: BS Degree in Physics, Math, Engineering, or related discipline by summer 2022.
Other STEM degrees and experience with a heavy object oriented software emphasis would be considered.
