RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce’s client, a growing and established company is seeking a few Remote Senior Ruby on Rails Developers. We are working directly with the Hiring manager. These positions are 100 remote. Company offers an excellent compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, stock and etc. Will develop server-side software from concept to delivery. Will develop and maintain clean and consistent RESTful API’s and experience with financial API’s. Will work with product, partners and support to deliver an exceptional product experience. Responsibilities of the Senior Ruby on Rails Developers The Senior Ruby on Rails Developers will build state of the art software with other bright minded Engineers Identify, document, and follow up on issues and feature requests Take pride in your ability to develop and maintain clean and consistent RESTful API’s and experience with financial API’s Make meaningful contributions to a product designed to better people’s lives The Senior Ruby on Rails Developers will contribute to our platform with automated services REQUIREMENTS BS degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience 5-12+years of software development experience. Experience in composing Enterprise Service Bus, leveraging systems like Mule, Service Mix, Fuse is a plus Experience with Ruby on Rails and passion for backend web services Experience building, implementing and working with microservice architectures Proficiency working in UnixLinux environments Proficiency with Git or another version control system Love for clean, maintainable, discoverable code Java andor JavaScript development is preferred Experience with in some of the following would be desired distributed systems, Postgres and RabbitMQ, ServiceMix, Karaf, Camel Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
