A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Virtual Recruiter.

Must be able to: Consistently recruit, interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring Contact applicants to discuss opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each program Required Skills: Having a Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent experience Having at least 1 year of relevant work experience in recruiting Being a savvy, results-oriented individual with a high energy level and an enthusiastic approach Having a strong focus, and understanding and appreciation of pipeline management Having strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills Having excellent problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills
