You will manage/lead a team of 2-4 engineers which includes mentoring, training, proving technical direction and conducting regular ‘one on ones’ and appraisals. You will identify opportunities for large scale application improvements and figure out how to make them happen. You will also personally be responsible for hands on engineering of our SaaS platform.What You Need for this PositionWhat’s Essential You MUST desire to be in a hybrid leader/hands on role. You will need prior experience leading engineers, either as a leader/manager or even just a Senior Engineer who has done a lot of mentoring.
