Cognizant is seeking a strong ServiceNow Developer for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. Job Description: The resource would be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the custom Technology Lifecycle Management application built in ServiceNow. The application was built to monitor the end of life risk for Client technology assets recorded in the CMDB. The responsibility includes building or changing scripts, codes, business rules, tables, integration, etc used by the application. The resource is expected to work with the owners of processes or assets impacted by or impacts the TLM application. The resource need to be able to create dashboards within ServiceNow and Tableau. Requirements: ServiceNow development experience Deep understanding of ServiceNow Workflow ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) ServiceNow ITAM (SAM, HAM, CMDB, Discovery) Tableau Dashboard Tableau Prep Plus: Flexera Technopedia/Data Platform Power BI Alteryx ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow GRC ***Cognizant is recognized as a Military Friendly Employer and is a coalition member of the Veteran Jobs Mission.
