Product Manager Data and Automation – CX Service

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. Years of experience have earned you some scars, but also an intuitive understanding of the relationship between customer value, technology, and product design.*What are the technical requirements?**Core Product Management Skills** 4 years in cloud enterprise software development (with meaningful agile experience), and/or implementation of CX solutions* Experience bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and leadership, supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis. Can you build consensus across the organization that your proposal deserves priority investment?* Strongly skilled in defining and conveying your vision for the product. Can you express to others the experience that your target persona(s) should have? Can you articulate the value the customer will receive?* Ability to engage a variety of audiences with the relevant, appropriate story. Can you sprint plan with your dev team in the morning, present your pricing strategy to leadership at lunch, support a rep with a customer deal in the afternoon, and present a conference session to close out the day?* Experience working with sales enablement and field facing teams. Have you delivered training and roadmap guidance to the sales org? Worked with specialist teams that drive your product in market?*CX Domain Experience** CRM domain knowledge with a detailed understanding of high volume, enterprise grade, consumer facing customer service and/or adjacent CX processes.* Experience with the emergent set of data-driven self-service automation technologies (conversational automation and NLP, predictive engagement, dynamic right-channeling, intelligent recommendations, etc). The technologies that might get hyped as “AI” or “ML” in a marketing deck.* Relatedly, experience collecting and analyzing application data to discover opportunities for improvement, inform investment decisions, and to ingest for model building. The ideal candidate will have more than a passing familiarity with the “data” side of the problem when positioning data-derived insights and prediction services.*Cloud Product Development** Experienced with SaaS development, from scrum team processes, to continuous delivery, to API first development goals* Experience delivering modern cloud software (independent services, API first development, JavaScript frameworks, zero down time, etc.).
