Remote-based position on interim basis only due to Covid-19 Pandemic.
Upon approval of “Return to Office” site guidelines, this role may require the individual to work onsite at the Medtronic facility located in Northridge, CA.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
• Support new project initiatives with technical analysis, development, and recommendations for executing Integration solutions
• Lead the development team and responsible for implementation of the code following change control procedures
• Review incidents and change requests to determine business needs or issues and the level of effort (LOE) for solution
• Gather Integrations and API requirements, understand and maps out current AS-IS process
• Propose performance efficient API design for the TO-BE Process
• Develop a thorough understanding of Medtronic’s and assigned business partner’s strategies, goals and objectives.
• Develop an understanding of assigned business partner’s products and services and collaborate on Global IT teams to design, deliver, and support quality products and services in an efficient and effective manner
• Be open to learning new solution using your base skill to improve the knowledge base of our team.
• Define and manage technical project risks, recommends changes to improve operating efficiency
• Works closely with cross-functional team to evaluate, develop and manage projects and ensure on-time and on budget execution
• Support day to day project activities for multiple project teams across different time zones
• Responsible for Systems performance, risk management and mitigation
• Should be able to support and have working knowledge of Informatica MDM and able to design the data models
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Strongly Preferred:
• Experience with Web Methods, SAP PO, Mulesoft
• Mulesoft certified
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Previous healthcare industries experience
• Priority consideration will be given to local applicants
• Certification in the technologies mentioned above is a plus
• Experience with IICS, Kafka, JAVA, Java Script
• Good understanding of Sales Force, SAP, Athena Centricity, Databases is plus
• Good communication and Analytical skills
• Experience in DevOps and automation tools like Gitlab and Jenkins
• Working knowledge of Sales Force, SQL Server, Oracle DB, DB2
• Working knowledge of Informatica MDM
