About Weather Verification Services and Reactor Our Weather Verification Services group provides industry-leading weather forensic data for a wide number of industries.

We combine scientific engineering, cloud computing, and massive troves of meteorological data to provide answers for our clients when they need them most.

With data that is widely recognized as the most accurate for identifying the location and magnitude of severe weather events, our proprietary web-based GIS tool, Reactor, is utilized by insurance and mortgage industry experts to streamline catastrophe response efforts.

This team is tasked with continuing to maintain and increase our lead on the competition by continuing to innovate user interfaces, strengthen our application stack, and set new standards for how advanced weather analytics are consumed by our clients.

About the Career WVS is an innovation group within CoreLogic with deep roots in meteorological data visualization and agile software development.

We use Lean Product, User-Centered Design and Extreme Programming (XP) practices to deliver value to our customers with very fast cycles.

Engineers here are expected to be able to communicate with each other effectively and overcome challenges together by means of teamwork that you don’t really see outside of the startup world.

This role involves working with a product manager, designer, and a group of stakeholders which are domain experts on the application’s needs.

Engineers will employ agile methodologies, and XP practices to deliver on those expectations.

Our teams have adjusted from our tried-and-true 100% co-located team approach to our flexible working model utilizing the latest remote collaboration tools two days a week.

On the other three days, you will be immersed in a team environment focused on intense collaboration and engaging discussions with peers.
