Part-Time Cardiovascular Data Science Research Associate

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist in developing computational models for text data and proteomic data for computation and proteomics data analytics in the Cardiovascular Data Science Lab. You will also assist in design, execution and troubleshooting analysis workflow, maintaining excellent, comprehensive, written laboratory records in standard English and participate in shared lab upkeep duties with other lab members.

Qualifications

1. Ability to perform data analysis using software and other computer programs. Required
2. Ability to use computers to accurately enter data. Required
3. Knowledge of accepted/approved procedures in working with data sciences. Required
4. Knowledge of clouding computing in data sciences. Preferred/willing to train
5. Ability to follow instructions and protocols to perform assignments with minimal supervision.Required
6. Demonstrated writing skills for generating basic laboratory protocols and to insuring acceptable record/data keeping.Required
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and to carry out verbal instructions. Skills in communicating clearly, effectively, and to convey information accurately in a professional manner.Required
8. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of the team. Required
