We are looking for you to join our team as a GPU Software Engineer / Principal GPU Software Engineer based out of Woodland Hills, CA.

As a GPU Software Engineer / Principal GPU Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop embedded software for our cutting edge Algorithmic Warfare and Intelligence software development team.

*This position may be filled at a GPU Software Engineer or a Principal GPU Softare Engineer based on the qualifications listed below.* WOODLANDHILLS #LI-CH2 #LI-MS-105 NGFeaturedJobsQualifications:Basic Qualifications: For an Engineer: BS in Computer Science or related STEM discipline with 2 years of Software Development experience or a MS in Computer Science or related STEM discipline with no experience For a Principal Engineer: BS in Computer Science or related STEM discipline with 5 years of Software Development experience or a MS in Computer Science or related STEM discipline with 3 years of Software Development experience Experience in translating software requirements into software design, producing software code from designs, and testing and debugging software code.

Demonstrated ability to work in an open collaborative environment as a member of a software development team.

Demonstrated use of leveraging GPGPUs to accelerate existing algorithms and improve throughput for SWAP-constrained applications.

Demonstrated use of GPU programming with CUDA, or other equivalent programming language.

Demonstrated use of high level programming languages such as CUDA, C/C++, Python, and Java.

Demonstrated success developing technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Must be a U.S.

citizen and possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in any of the following areas is highly desired: data analysis, artificial intelligence/machine learning, signal processing techniques, statistical decision theory, modeling and simulation, algorithm development, particularly as applied to complex sensor systems and data.

Proficiency with scientific prototyping languages such as MATLAB, IDL, and/or Mathematica.

Familiarity with signal processing algorithm design and implementation in C and/or C++, and real-time parallel processing.

Understanding of high-performance computing and code optimization techniques.
