Multi-family Senior PE/APM Top 3 Developer/Builder


This is a Contract position in Los Angeles, CA posted March 30, 2020.

From developments to high-rise structures to luxury residential destinations, our teams of experts work in partnership with owners, design teams and community stakeholders on every project aspect – from preconstruction to turnover – to collaboratively develop and implement optimal plans for flawless execution. We are a top 5 ENR ranked full service gc with our own development prong.What You Will Be Doing

You will be assisting a project manager and senior superintendent on site for a large high-density market rate 250 unit podium over type 3 project in Los Angeles.

While we run lean, the current staff is all extremely experienced with long tenures at some of the best builders in Southern California. It is an opportunity for a senior PE/APM to come in and prove themselves with a company that continually compensates employees 10-15% above market value, as well as the ability to learn a ton with a truly phenomenal staff.

We have 5-6 projects going in Los Angeles currently, so there is a huge opportunity for promotion after 1-2 projects depending on experience.What You Need for this Position

More Than 2 Years of experience and knowledge of:

– completion of high density multi-family projects
– podium construction
