Our Target Product Lines:
Builder’s hardware includes Fasteners, nails, rigging, chain, window/door hardware. Steel OEM Manufacturing capabilities include stamping, casting, forging, wire forming and welding, and final packaging design and assembly are also available.
Target Markets:
Direct/Indirect OEM to Ikea components, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Home Depot, Lowe’s Improvement, Ace Hardware, True Value TSC, Menards, and Blains, etc.
Position Summary: As a Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the direct importing industry related to fasteners, chain & wire rope accessories, door/window, and excellent packaging solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fasteners, rigging hardware, and packaging products, understanding their applications and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Sales Support & Quotation:
- Work closely with the chairman and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and production.
- Provide accurate and competitive price quotations for products and services.
- Prepare detailed proposals that align with client expectations and requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for product enhancements or new offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (6-10 years) in the manufacturing sector, specifically with fasteners, rigging hardware, or packaging.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing trading processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
