Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (MPI) has a new and immediate key opportunity for a Manager, Provider Health Network.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this newly created position based in Studio City, CA will be responsible for management of a preferred provider network and provider referral system coordinating and/or delivering provider training to newly credentialed Narrow Network providers, and managing a customer service, administrative and technical staff.

Qualifications:
Experience managing a preferred provider network Minimum four years’ people management experience Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills Familiarity and experience with Medecision Aerial system platform a plus Anthem Blue Cross Utilization Review and claims experience a plus Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Health Care Administration preferred Strong organizational, project management, and attention to detail skills a must Ability to work extended hours as required
Your responsibilities would include:
Supervising, training, and developing a team that includes customer service, administrative and technical staff Coordinate and manage Narrow Network referral authorization process and system platform Serve as liaison for participants and Narrow Network providers.
Perform or arrange provider training to newly credentialed Narrow Network providers and Staff on referral platform
