How you will contribute:

  • Build beautiful frontend experiences using progressive technologies and patterns
  • Unify code and architecture for PatientPop’s portal platform that serves medical practices and providers
  • Demonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of engineers and product management leaders
  • Own the delivery of OKRs, work with the product team to define KPIs and meet SLAs
  • Inspire, champion and coach as the need arises

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Technical roadmap evangelization and management
  • Mentorship to junior engineers, and strategic guidance and empowerment to senior engineers.
  • Architecture visionary and best practice steward.

    Lead by example building proof of concepts

  • Experience with Javascript using functional frameworks like React.js or Vue.js
  • Experience with a shared component design using controller-based patterns and asynchronous implementation
  • Experience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes
  • Understanding of backend architecture principles and RESTful design a plus
  • Comfortable with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile environments
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor junior team members
  • Leadership ability, excellent written and verbal English skills.
