ADP is hiring a Lead Developer
– Private Cloud Infrastructure.

This position can be based in Roseland, NJ, Alpharetta, GA, Norfolk VA, Miami, FL or Remote.

Ready to design what’s next?In this role, you will work within a team to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved web applications.

This work will support the development of private cloud self-service offerings.

You will work with clients, product managers, software engineers, and more to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support hundreds of ADP applications.To thrive in this Lead position, you’ll need experience in tool & application design, development, and technical knowledge including, Python, Javascript, SQL, and React.

You’ll need to be familiar with web services, RESTful APIs.

You’ll need experience working with front-end, scripting, and back-end technologies.

Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, GitOps, and MongoDB is a plus.

Experience with leading teams is an expectation.

You strive to learn new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into building your products.As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success.

You’ll have a hands-on role leading teams as they design, develop, debug, and deploy software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities.

You’ll also serve as a mentor to a team of developers.

In the senior role, you will balance the assigning of user stories through prioritization and consideration of the technical interests of each developer on the team.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
