The Junior Developer will support the Technology Development department in meeting the team’s objectives of planning, developing, and implementing solutions for various departments across the organization, as well as our clients.

The Junior Developer will work alongside the Technology Development team and will assist in the various projects including web development, CMS management, CRM management, analytical tracking, internal software solutions and scripting, integrations for existing internal services, and general software development and management.

Responsibilities For This Role Create cross-browser, fully functional code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP while adhering to WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance guidelines and W3C web standards Manage the web server and the applications built upon it, including SFTP access Navigate WordPress to support the marketing team with various tasks such as mobile design, ADA compliance, PHP functionalities, integrations and plugins, custom written HTML/CSS/JS sections, and so on Manage HubSpot, a sales/marketing/client services CRM, including the data and automations related Handle various related services such as Google Analytics, Exclaimer, Twilio, and more.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to support revenue operations and meet project deadlines Manage internal automations written to product statements, reports, and analytical data Comprehensively troubleshoot and resolve code issues Support revenue operations through creating / updating site code and configuring content via several CMS platforms and build tools Relationships At Caliber Reports to: Justin Iezzi, Software Development Manager Regularly interacts with all members of the Caliber Team Is a part of the Technology Development team Ideal Qualifications Include Associate degree in Computer Science/Programming or higher 2 years of experience in web/software development.

Experience working with teams outside the scope of development Microsoft-based computer skills with Microsoft Suite.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-centered, and results-driven environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Independent, creative, resourceful and shows strong initiative Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven professional.

Familiarity with the jQuery library Familiarity with web servers Knowledge in Node.js/NPM and build tools such as Gulp or Grunt Great debugging skills across various languages Basic knowledge of version control workflow and best practices (git, GitHub) Non-Financial Rewards Compensation at Caliber: Experience with a 6x consecutive Inc.

– $75,000/annually Company Bonus Compensation – You are eligible for our deferred compensation program which provides for an annual bonus.

The bonus is payable from company cash flow once annualized cash flow exceeds $1,000,000.

Stock-Based Compensation – Team member is eligible for shares of CaliberCos Inc.

incentive stock options priced at the most recent 409a valuation price.

The shares vest over four years – refer to the incentive stock option plan for further details.

The Company pays 50% of team member’s base medical premiums.

The company matches up to 4% of a team members contribution and there is no vesting period.

Flexible PTO (Paid Time Off) Use of PTO is encouraged and is available for use with manager’s approval.

Caliber does not restrict PTO to a fixed number of hours per year.

VTO (Volunteer Time Off) We encourage our team members to volunteer their time for a good cause.
