Essential Responsibilities Developing server-side application logic in JavaScript for Node.js to power integration with identity Deliver working features at the end of every sprint Build web-based front end experience for user identity journey Implement new features for existing backend systems Triage and fix bugs Developing reusable, testable, modular code and utilizing design patterns Implementing automated testing and unit tests Creating database schemas to support new API features and integrations. Integrate with RESTful services Participate in code reviews Collaborate with product and project team members to ensure timely delivery of quality releases Contribute to planning and assignment of development tasks for the team QualificationsRequirements Basic Qualifications Proven experience as a JavaScript developer with a strong knowledge of Node.js and React Proven experience working in Agile software methodology Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable work experience 3+ years experience developing, releasing, and maintaining web-based consumer applications Experience integrating with various data sources and databases. Experience with Amazon Web Services features and products, including DynamoDB, Neptune, Lambda, Kinesis, SQSSNS. Experience with React Native. Experience with GraphQL. Experience with JSONAPI. Strong CS fundamentals, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments. Familiarity with security guidelines and secure coding practices Familiarity with CICD build and deployment practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience working in a collaborative team environment
