Full Stack Developer with Angular Contract to Hire
– Jacksonville, FL ARC Group is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer with Angular to join our client’s team in Jacksonville, FL.
This opportunity will involve full-stack software development projects using JavaScript/Java ecosystem technologies.
Our client is a Fortune 500 company that had great growth in the past year (even though the pandemic) This opportunity is a contract to hire and at-location.
If selected, the candidate must be in Jacksonville, FL, or willing to move to Jacksonville at the time of start.
This position will convert to full-time employment.
As such, you must already have permanent work authorization and work directly without current or future sponsorship or transfer of visas.
This position is not eligible for C2C and has no brokering.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer with Angular Be the technical lead for the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing systems.
Ensure all development adheres to standards and best practices.
Guide the creation or modification of standards and best practices.
Assemble releases and drive improvements in the delivery and release processes.
Mentor, coach, and guide other developers with solution identification, problem-solving, and growing their skills and abilities.
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to identify and develop additional system enhancements and improvements.
Train and assist users with using the current systems.
Qualifications 3 years of current Single Page Application (SPA) development using modern JavaScript frameworks preferably AngularJS, Angular, React.
Exposure to microservices design and development using Spring Boot is a plus.
7 years of Information Technology experience is required.
Strong frontend development skills with demonstrated project experience in JavaScript, CSS, SASS, HTML5, AngularJS, Node.js, NPM, Grunt, Webpack Strong understanding of Enterprise Software technologies – Spring, JDBC, SQL, REST, SOAP, JMS, Eclipse, Git, Gosu, Web Services Experience working in DevOps environment and Agile methodology with practical knowledge of CI/CD, GIT, Agile estimation Experienced in developing applications with cloud-native technologies
– Docker, EKS, AWS Lambda Excellent verbal and written communication skills Property and Casualty insurance industry experience is preferred, not required Education equivalent to a college degree in information technology-related or business administration-related discipline, supplemented by insurance or computer-related courses/knowledge, or the equivalent in related work experience.
