Convey both high-level and detailed information to developers and product managers. Document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams, ERDs, wireframes, and other visual documentation for consumption by developers and product managers. Assess and execute opportunities to improve existing architecture and code by creating scalable and reusable alternatives. Communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences. Anticipate business needs and proactively integrate data to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Assist with mapping the systems and interfaces used to manage data, set standards for data management, analyze current state and conceive desired future state, and initiate projects needed to close the gap between current state and future goals. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience Experience with developing data models for database structures Experience as a full-stack developer, ideally ReactTypescript and JavaKotlin Expertise designing APIs and building scalable RESTful services
