In order to take our mobile app to greater heights, we are looking for a software engineer who can join our small and results-oriented Growth team to drive a series of in-product and out-of-product experiments to increase customer acquisition, improve the user onboarding experience, drive user engagement, and boost user retention.

What is a Growth team?

A fresh addition to our existing ecosystem team, our team is comprised of a tight-knit group of technical marketers, engineers, analysts, product managers, and product designers working together to solve problems that enable growth through a process of experimentation and analysis.

In our Growth team, we are constantly exploring potential large-scale, in-app experiments that will ultimately boost Lightroom mobile to even greater heights.

What you’ll Do Implement and integrate Adobe Target into Lightroom mobile – our optimization engine for personalization, and automation at scale – to run various UI and onboarding experiments Expand the existing product architecture to enable faster and easier experimentation at scale Optimize Lightroom mobile app experiences based on experimentation data and results Work closely with Product Managers, designers, analysts, and technical marketers of the Growth team to implement in-product experiments Work with external teams at Adobe, as necessary, to optimize out-of-product What you need to succeed BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years experience Expertise with Swift, UiKit, C++ programming Expertise with common iOS libraries Experience (preferred) with Adobe Target for optimizing digital experiences Experience using analytics tools like Omniture, Localytics and Crashlytics.

Experience with data driven development methodologies and A/B testing techniques Familiarity with photography or digital asset management is a plus Real passion for building quality applications that customers love Android experience is a huge plus Summary Location: San Jose; San Francisco; Seattle Type: Full time
