Need to collect laptop from any of the above mentioned offices and then candidate will be working from home
Must be local or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA; Mountain View, CA and Seattle, WA and willing to work onsite once return to office occurs.
Return to office isnt expected to occur for at least another 4-6 months. Once return to office occurs, will advise that the team members have 30 days to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and deliver software to support and improve the availability, scalability, reliability, resiliency, monitoring, alerting, latency and efficiency of Client Data ecosystem
- Manage day-to-day operations of data services, near-realtime and batch data pipelines
- Adhere to SLAs, system deployment, performance tuning and trouble shooting
- Be the PoC for data integrity within datastores and perform root cause analysis on issues
- Work towards elimination of toil
- Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems
- Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
- Work as part of a team serving multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities while communicating status with internal customers
- Work as part of an On-Call rotation to ensure the production systems are operating smoothly
